Christopher von Wedemeyer founded Legacy Search Partners after successfully scaling DrSmile to over €200 million in revenue, with 600 employees and operations in 10 countries. Later selling the company to the publicly listed Straumann Group (SWX: STMN).

Through our SME investment team, we maintain long-standing relationships with banks and debt funds to facilitate acquisition financing.
Our dedicated SME investment team conducts proprietary deal sourcing and shares experiences, best practices, and transactions that are better suited for search funds, given their size, nature, or the sellers’ goals — particularly in business succession scenarios. Our team brings extensive expertise in developing investment theses and structuring transactions.
